Regular Season - Assistant Coach Selection Process
Introduction
Managers and coaches hold a position of trust and responsibility in the Cactus Foothills North Little League program. These individuals must understand and appreciate that they are leading and instructing children at sensitive and formative stages of the child's development. Managers and coaches are required to have an understanding, the patience, and the capacity to work with children of all ages.
Cactus Foothills North Little League requires managers and coaches to be qualified and will assess candidates against pre-defined criteria. This will ensure that the most qualified and capable individuals are selected to lead our teams.
