Little League International permits chartered organizations such as Cactus Foothills North Little League to establish local league rules. These rules pertain specifically to the Cactus Foothills North league and have been established to address issues that are pertinent at the local level.

Managers, coaches, and  umpires are required to understand the local league rules and how said rules compliment the Little League International rules and regulations. Parents are encouraged to read and understand the local and Little League International rules and regulations as well.

Cactus Foothills North Code of Conduct Policies

Cactus Foothills North Little League has established code of conduct policies for players, parents, managers/coaches, and for league officials. The policies detail the rules of expected and acceptable behavior before, during, and after Cactus Foothills North Little League functions and events. Tournament and Cave Creek Unified School District Rules, Regulations and Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for players, parents, and fans during tournaments or games on/at school grounds and facilities, tournament and CCUSD rules, regulations, and policies have been established.  It is Cactus Foothills North Little League's expectation that all members (players, coaches, parents, league officials) read, understand, and comply with all established rules, regulations, and policies. Little League International Rules and Regulations

There are numerous Little League rules and regulations. The Cactus Foothills North website has links and descriptions to many of the rules and regulations; changes to the rules and regulations as deemed necessary by Little League; and Little League's interpretation of certain rules to provide clarification for leagues around the world. Cactus Foothills Local League Rules

The Cactus Foothills North local league rules have been developed to account for local conditions and circumstances. The establishment of local league rules are permitted and encouraged by Little League International. The local league rules are approved by the Cactus Foothills North Little League Board of Directors. Managers and coaches are required to read and understand local and Little League rules. Regular Season and Tournament Season Selection Processes

To ensure processes are fair, transparent, and as equitable as possible for players, managers, and coaches, Cactus Foothills North Little League follows Little League's rules, regulations, and guidelines. The processes used in our League are documented on the Cactus Foothills North website. Plus, for more details on certain rules and regulations, additional details may be found in the Little League Official Rules and Regulations and the Little League Operating Manual.
