Registration Refund Policy
Cactus Foothills North Little League respects the rights of parents to withdraw their children for any reason and at any time. The refund policy of the League is as follows:
- If a player withdraws after registering, but before the draft has occurred for his / her eligible division (Juniors, Majors, AAA, AA, Farm, Softball, etc), you are entitled to a refund of your registration fees, less a $25.00 processing fee. Registration fees do not include late fees or other payments. The processing fee also covers the costs of transaction fees the League pays regardless of the reason a player withdraws after registration.
- There is no refund if a player withdraws after the draft has occurred for his / her eligible division. Since a finite amount of uniforms and other equipment is purchased for players in the League, the uniforms, related accessories, and equipment are retained by the League to supply to new and/or replacement players. Reusing the uniforms and related accessories keeps the League's costs low.
