All applicants are strongly advised to read the terms and conditions closely. If so selected to be a manager or coach in the the League, the terms and conditions are binding. Managers and coaches are expected to read, understand, comply, and enforce Cactus Foothills North, Little League International, and CCUSD rules, regulations, and policies.

Mandatory Managers and Coaches Training and Safety Clinics (Required)

By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I understand that I will be required to attend the mandatory managers/coaches training and safety clinics if so selected as a manager or coach. I also understand that failure to attend the mandatory clinics will render my selection as a manager or coach in Cactus Foothills North Little League null and void.

Codes of Conduct and Facility Use Policies (Required)

By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I understand, will fully comply with, and will enforce Cactus Foothills North, Little League International, and CCUSD parent, coach, and facility/grounds use policies if so selected as a manager or coach. I also understand the consequences and that Cactus Foothills North Little League has a zero tolerance policy for non-compliance with stated policies. If selected as a manager or coach, I also understand that code of conduct and other policy violations may result in my removal as a manager or coach.

Rules and Regulations (Required)

By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I understand that I will be responsible for understanding, complying with, and fully enforcing Cactus Foothills North, Little League International, and CCUSD rules, regulations, and guidelines if so selected as a manager or coach. I also understand that Cactus Foothills North Little League has a zero tolerance policy for rules, regulations, and conduct infractions. If selected as a manager or coach, I also understand that said infractions may result in either my suspension or removal as a manager or coach.

By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I fully understand the expectations that Cactus Foothills North Little League has of managers and coaches in the League. If so selected, I will, at a minimum, meet the expectations set forth by the League and will seek to exceed expectations in all instances. Refer to "For Our Coaches" on http://www.cfll-north.com for more details on the expectations the League has for its managers and coaches.

Background Check (Required)

Little League International requires that a background check be performed on all volunteers. Those that will not submit to a background check will not be permitted to manage or coach. By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I understand that a background check will be performed. If so requested by Cactus Foothills North Little League, I will provide my social security number to further confirm my identity in case something does come up in the background check (for example, someone with an identical name appears on the background check report). The SSN # will only be requested if there's an issue in the background check.

Past Service (Required)

If you've volunteered before in Cactus Foothills North, the League appreciates your service and volunteer spirit. However, past selection as a manager or coach does not guarantee you will be selected again. By electronically accepting these terms and conditions, I, the undersigned, understand that past selection to serve as a manager or coach does not assure future selection to serve in the same or any capacity in Cactus Foothills North Little League.
