Regulation II(d) Waiver Request Form	The Little League Regulation II(d) waiver form allows for waiving of Little League residency and boundary requirements due to personal residency or boundary changes
Regulation IV(h) Waiver Request Form	The Little League Regulation IV(h) waiver form details requirements and criteria for allowing members and their children that no longer reside within the League boundaries to participate
Regulation V(a) Waiver Request Form - 12 Year Old	Little League Regulation V(a) dictates that all candidates that are league age 12 must be drafted to a Majors division team. The Little League Regulation V(a) waiver form, if approved, allows a 12-year old player to participate in the Minors division under specific terms and conditions (see the V(a) waiver for details).
