LITTLE LEAGUE 1O - 11 ALL-STAR TOURNAMENT DATES: JUNE 29TH, 2009 - JULY 7TH, 2009

 Volunteers are needed in the following areas. Refer to the Tournament Roles and Responsibilities document for more details on the volunteer assignments and duties.

    • Snack Bar
    • Scorekeeper
    • Pitch Count Keeper
    • Game Announcer
    • Field Maintenance
    • 50/50 Raffle Sales
    • Security

SNACK BAR
Please select the shift(s) you'd like to work in the Kiwanis Diamond Diner snack bar. A shift is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Please plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your shift begins.
SCOREKEEPER
The Scorekeeper must be someone proficient in keeping score. Scorekeeper is there during the duration of the game.
PITCH COUNT KEEPER
Pitch Count Keeper works in conjunction with the Scorekeeper and maintains the pitch count form. The Pitch Count Keeper is there for the duration of each game.
GAME ANNOUNCER
The Game Announcer has the following duties: 50/50 raffle announcements, keeps the crowd energized, announces the batter, makes special announcements. Game Announcers should plan to be there for the duration of the game.
FIELD MAINTENANCE
Two to three people needed for the field maintenance crews. Duties include field preparation (dragging the infield, lining the field, coaches box setup, etc). Field Maintenance members need to be available for any field maintenance that may occur during the game(s).
50/50 SALES
50/50 Sales personnel should include at least 1 adult and 1 child. Kids under 12 selling 50/50 tickets should be with an adult.
SECURITY
Duties include: informing spectators bring coolers that they are not allowed, enforcing the tournament site rules, crowd control, etc. Person must be there during the duration of the game.
