To figure out the hat size, measure your child's head with a tape measure about a half-inch above the eyebrows where the hat will rest. If you don't have a tape measure, use a string and measure it against a ruler. If you are unsure or your child is between sizes, specify the larger size.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Commitment to the All-Star Team (Required)

Each player must be willing to commit him/herself completely to the All Star team and the schedule as set forth by the manager and tournament officials. The player is required to attend EVERY practice and game and will not be excused without a valid reason.

If so selected for the team, I understand and agree that my child will be in attendance at all practices and games.
Due to other activities, my child will not be able to participate fully in all practices and games. I realize this means that my child will be ineligible for the team.
