Duties and Powers of the Board and Auxiliary Members

Introduction

The Cactus Foothills North Board of Directors has overall accountability and responsibility for the management of the property and affairs of Cactus Foothills North Little League. Upon election, the Board of Directors begin performing their duties and powers as identified in the Cactus Foothills North Constitution. The Board includes the required officers and coordinators to run the League.

The Board of Directors has the power to appoint standing committees, auxiliary members, and special committees it shall determine and deem necessary in accordance with the League constitution. As deemed necessary and advisable, the Board of Directors may delegate powers and actions to said committees and/or members.

The Board of Directors oversees all actions and use of delegated powers and has the authority to revoke and/or disband committees and relieve auxiliary members of duties, powers, and actions at any time.

The Cactus Foothills North Little League Constitution is very specific in terms of duties and powers of the Board of Directors. It also lays the framework for auxiliary members and committees.

Board of Director and Auxiliary Roles and Responsibilities

Within Cactus Foothills North Little League, there are several Board of Director and auxiliary positions. The directors and officers are consistent with those as defined by the Cactus Foothills North constitution. Auxiliary members, auxiliary committees,  and members-at-large roles are utilized as well to carry out League functions and activities.
